It is known that Brevetti Stendalto chains are made to last. While extremely durable nylon chains do not last forever, a properly applied chain, under normal working conditions, will typically need replacement in 10-15 years. Not this chain however. The one in the picture has been operating for 22 years in a warm environment of 30°C - 50°C and at roughly one hundred cycles per day. The cables have been fully replaced twice since then, however the customer is currently making upgrades that will require the addition of several cables. “Replace the chain? Why? It works perfectly fine. You see? It’s reliable, it doesn’t even sag after all these years”, so the customer said.

1. Select the correct chain by analyzing all data, and referencing the self-supporting diagram.
2. Only Install cables that are suitable for use with cable chains
3. Ensure the guide support/channel are aligned with the movement of the towing arm
4. Periodical inspection and removal of dirt and debris (picture is self explanatory)
