In a turnkey project, service and customisation are extended to phases before and after product manufacture: engineering, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, factory testing, packaging, shipping, installation, commissioning, are defined with the customer. As a result, the customer receives a system ready for use, plus training of personnel and maintenance where required. Everything within a pre-determined and agreed timeline.
All phases of a turnkey project are filed in specific documents which constitute the project technical book.
