NYLON CABLE CHAIN: EXPLORE THE NEW ROBOT SERIES FOR INDUSTRIAL ROBOTICS

Let’s find out more about our latest innovations, and how we have managed to extend the range of our nylon chains to meet the need for specific designs in a timely and effective way.

This time we have focused on a specific field of application - industrial robotics - and brought our new Robot Series into the market.

Our latest models, MFC65 100 and MRS, combine maximum precision of movement with strength and flexibility and are ideal for use on robots and new-generation machine tools.

Both models in the Robot Series are made of nylon, a material we know very well and choose for its strength and flexibility, which make it very durable and reliable. 


ROBOT SERIES MFC65 100

Chain MFC65 100 has a completely closed structure but features opening frames and a set of brackets with cable combs, mounted at the ends of the MULTIFLEX chain.

Its technical features make it an ideal solution for very complex and demanding applications involving multi-axis motion. The oscillating ring support allows the chain to follow the three-dimensional movements of the robot, thus ensuring considerable freedom of movement for the system.

Because it can adapt to 3D movements, the MFC65 100 chain is highly compatible with the machinery used in this sector, a particularly attractive feature in such a varied field.


MRS ROBOT SERIES

The Multiflex Retraction System (MRS) is fitted with a spring-driven retraction device for use with industrial robots. This ensures smooth movement and minimises wear of both chain and cables. 

The MRS has been designed for the perfect integration with MULTIFLEX 3D chains, as well as polyamide sheaths, accessories and brackets.

The MRS is available in various sizes, to meet the specific needs of every project, and can also be customised at the customer’s request.

Our new Robot Series is, therefore, an important addition to our catalogue in the key sector of industrial robotics. This expansion of our range shows our increasing focus on providing advanced, high-quality solutions wherever multi-axis motion is required.
