The “L” version is the new Serie of the steel chains born in our Technical Dept. as evolution of Brevetti’s traditional steel chains. This new chain has been designed to have few components making the installation and the maintenance process easier and faster.
The joining kit used to connect two links is composed of just three elements : one rivet, one bush and one washer. This simplification allows to the “L” Serie to be compared with the “Heavy” Serie just for this peculiarity and for its bigger self-supporting capacity.
The innovative structure is the link like a “sandwich” : this makes the assembling time shorter and consequently the new chain “L” is cheaper than the old one.
It is available in 4 different versions:
- galvanized steel LT
- Inox Aisi 316L steel XLT
- Steel rods LB
- Aluminium covers LC
The “L” design features several improvements without compromising the performance, that’s why it is adaptable in different environments and it is be able to satisfy any Customer requests.
Looking at the feasible applications, the “L” Serie is a self-supported chain but it can work properly also in sliding systems with the addition of nylon skids on the steel links. In a few words, the “L” Serie is a multitasking solution that will allow you to save money without giving up to long lasting reliability and safety .
