Bulk & Material Handling

Bulk is commodity cargo that is transported unpackaged in large quantities. It refers to material in either liquid or granular, particulate form, as a mass of relatively small solids, such as petroleum/crude oil, grain, coal, or gravel. Cranes manufactured for this kind of market are characterized by super long travel distance and usually at low speed.
Many model of chains can be used in these machines, and most of them are used in rotary applications thanks to the engineered guiding system.

Container Handling

These cranes are a type of large gantry crane that can be found at container terminals or hub for loading, unloading and moving intermodal containers.
Quay crane (QC) or ship-to-shore crane (STS) are  used to download and load containers from container ships or vessels. We provide reliable electrification solution for QC  in different sizes and configurations.  From Panamax to Super-Post-Panamax, single trolley or double trolley  we offer solutions for high speed and high frequency of use.  Brevetti Stendalto chains have been designed to protect  power and control cables over long traveling distances in the harshest conditions.
